Benefits of Climate Control Storage in the Winter?

I am currently looking into storage options from Dec-Feb in Maryland. Do I need to get climate control storage? The temps teeter around freezing to just above freezing this time of year. Most of the comments I have seen regarding the need for climate control involve summer heat and humidity, which really does not apply in the winter.Benefits of Climate Control Storage in the Winter?
Depends on what you are storing. I've stored things that have exploded in the freezing temperatures that I never expected would. Anything that has liquid in it, even lotions, snowglobes, home improvement products (craft paint) cleaners, etc. can freeze and burst the containers.
