How do you program your TV if you lost your remote control?

We lost our remote control a few years ago. Now we can only get a few channels. The menu button on the Tv does not control the channels.How do you program your TV if you lost your remote control?

if it does not have the buttons on the front ( or side) you cant, contact the manufacturers they will be able to source a remote for even the oldest model !
My remote just stopped working one day. I got another remote, but it doesn't work either. So now I have to actually get up to do anything to the boobtube. :)


If you can't get a universal remote to work, and the menu buttons don't have a add channel or auto program feature then you, like me are out of luck. It sounds like we both need to buy a new tv.
