Not only will you get stronger, you will also be pure of mind, refreshed and calmer. You will be happier,too. Try going over to your local library to research it.How can I control my emotions without medication?
Find some interest in yourself,what better person to be with then just yourself .
Give your friends some space and develope your own interests. You may be amazed of who you really are.
