Medicines are as others mentioned and consult with doctor until you find the pills best suitable. How do you control your high blood pressure?
well, my grandma took lipitor and toporol. but the doctor also gave her st. josephs baby asprin. that helps her blood pressure and her overall heart health. also, try not to get too stressed out, hot, or over exert yourself too much. the baby asprin is cheapest, but lipitor and toporol are pretty expensive unless you have insurance. i,m only 16 and dont have high blood pressure.....................yet, but my grandma educated me about it. i hope this helps........:)
My dad takes water pills, lizinopril, zestril, lipitor, toprol, and aspirin =]. The aspirin works wonders, lol. Without these his pressure would be 180/110, but when he takes them its 130/90... But these medication is very expensive! Especially Zestril. it alone costs $80 per month if not covered by insurance...But the cheapest one is Aspirin, and costs $1.96 for a month and you dont have to get your insurance involved =] Hope i helped!!
