How should I control my face from getting so red when I workout?

I've joined a volleyball class, and during training, my face gets crazy red, and I don't want to frighten the people I practice with. What is a natural, chemical free way to cool down my face efficiently? Is it because I am not used to the exercise? It was my first lesson, after all...How should I control my face from getting so red when I workout?
Probably after you get used to the exercise intensity your face will stop turning red.. Just tell the people in the class that ask -- that you are alittle out of shape and not to worry.

Any time I get overheated or feel any type of strong emotion I immediately flush. Maybe you are getting overheated? Try slowing down in practice -just a tad- and drinking more fluids and see what happens.

You could also try working out a little bit at home.. that way you'll get accustomed to heavy exercise a bit faster.

Personally, I don't CARE what people think about how red I get during something.. I can't help it most of the time! They're not going to get scared.. maybe alittle curious..

I know how to cool down AFTER I've flushed. Cold water splashed on my face after something makes me hot.. Ahhh... relief.

If you're asking .. is there something magical you can put on your skin/face that will stop you from getting hot? Nope.. Sorry..

There IS something neat that Nascar drivers and some football players and other athletes use to cool down.. It's a body suit that has cold water going in little veins all over the suit.. I don't think you'd want to wear one of those during volleyball though.. nor pay the hefty price tag...

Good luck ;) How should I control my face from getting so red when I workout?
Its your tolerance to the motions and exercise. Many get red faced when they are lacking a little water, or are strained too much, or are trying new things. I'd have to say I've seen first time weightlifters who turn red as cherries, benching, and then later downt he road, they lift stupid heavy but remain a pale face. more practice will solve the problem.

lol my issue is acne control, acne goes mad when I sweat.
Well, Don't forget to breathe the right way, and stay hydrated.
